Hello! Our group is “Modern Students”! We chose this name after discovering the things we had in common. The members of this group are different but all of us liked TV serial, especially Modern Family and we´re studying teaching training, so this is the reason of our name. We have created this blog to post here all the things that we are going to do in the subject “Institutional Organization”.

Our logo is the same as the serial but we have written “Students” instead of “Family”.

We hope you enjoy this blog!

Asperger syndrome

Children with Asperger syndrome are really smart. These children are interested in very peculiar academic subjects and are skilled in them. Some of the features that these children may be present are:

Little social contact
These children prefer to play alone
Display and identify their feelings costs to children with Asperger's
They are naive
They do not capture the jokes, irony...
They cry easily
They show little interest in the discourses of the rest
Sometimes they seem a bit absent
They have a sense of the peculiar humor
Children with Asperger's don't always have much imagination or creativity
They have an incredible memory and generally tend to Excel in subjects such as math, history...
They show obsession with some topics that can help reach you the attention
In general, children with Asperger's have poor motor coordination

This video better explains the most important characteristics that show people with Asperger:

¿How can work a teacher with kids with asperger in the classroom?

Try to let them know channeling his emotions. Do not press them.
Teach them what are the types of derision, what are good and what not... protect them from cases of bullying.
Talk about you as a teacher with other students and parents so they are pleasant, normalize the situation and that there is no type of discrimination, which is accepted to the child and to help you all out. We are all equal.
Teach him or her to resolve conflicts
Teach different social guidelines
Gradually encourage dynamic activities
Teach relaxation techniques
Increase the time of activities that use the motor or activities based on multiple intelligences, including developing the kinesthetic. With the ve learning they will be moving, and with intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences, they will increase their socializing and an own reinforcement about themselves.
Value what they do, let them know... you as a teacher and the rest of his companions also. This not only children with Asperger's, but all children. Give them positive reinforcement.
Try not to overwhelm them. Doing things slowly and in small amounts
Try to make them understand how you can feel another person at a given time, for example creating sequences of feelings.
Create a calendar, you as teacher and they students since the beginning of the year not to break sharply with its routine and include small changes in advance so 1) be prepared and 2) to adjust to changes.

CREATIVE SCHOOL: GIVING

ANSWER

TO STUDENTS NEEDS IN THE 21st

CENTURY.

This project has helped me a lot to think about how would be my ideal school, things that I would like to have, what can be change from the current schools and what to do or what to consider in order to carry out these changes.

I think therewere very good ideas in my group to create a school where everything worked properly with facilities for students, parents and teachers. Our group thought that a good school could be located close to nature and more or less out of town for children to relate with the environment and learn to care for and know its importance.
Also related with nature, we want in our school there are animals in classrooms like rabbits, hamsters, or insects to learn to be responsible and take care of other things in an entertaining way and with which they can enjoy in class.

Another thing we would like in our school is a greater participation of parents in the learning and development of their children, for it had thought they might have certain days or certain hours where could be present in the classroom and see how work their children for know better how help them at home or assist teachers and give them ideas on how children could internalize better the ideas they are trying to transmit.

In this school, it is essential that teachers interact and cooperate with each other to improve professionally, acquiring methods of teaching each other and talking about specific cases to receive ideas from other teachers and so help each other.

Another important idea we would want that be given in our school is that this will base more on projects than in exams, because we think that students learn much more this way. We had also thought that children should have more free time in the evenings, instead of sending so many duties, to make sure they are learning and they will be prepared to exams, it would be interesting that these projects are carried out in class and making them are learning what will enter in the exams.

We have also taken into account the possible problems we would face in order to carry out all these ideas that would make our school a place where children learn having fun.

For example, to get that greater involvement which we spoke by parents, we need to give them facilities to enable them to attend classes or having meetings often with teachers. To do this, teachers will often have meetings and even parents can not attend one, will have another soon.
Our school would try has a bus to make a route to take children to school and then to their homes, as being situated outside the city many parents could not bring them to class. If the option bus could not be done, we would have a more flexible time table, with teachers who take care of children before and after school started.

Many of the groups have more or less the same ideas, but seeing their works have been able to expand our concept of ideal school, as there have been great proposals.

These are some suggestions of muy colleagues from other groups:

- Conduct a cooperative learning.

- Teach the different cultures of the world to prevent bullying.

- Teachers will have to pass tests every so often to check that they are still good teachers.

- Teach them some fundamental values for the development of a child as a student and as a person. For example: respect, tolerance, multiculturality, empathy, trust, solidarity and equality.

- Teach using new technologies to learn to use them while having fun and study.

- Adapting school facilities for children with disabilities.

CREATIVE SCHOOLS: GIVING AN ANSWER TO STUDENT NEEDS IN THE 21ST CENTURY

It isn’t something new to say that our educational system is not all good, teachers don’t use the right ways to learn. This is changing little by little. The government wants us ignorants, and don’t treat education as it should.

Ways of learning, such as the traditional method, aren’t correct because children hardly learn, everything it’s mechanized, all is memorized, and you arrive at a point that you realize about the waste of time, that you don’t grow as a person, and that makes a lack of motivation in education.
Our teacher Yolanda, in our class of Organizacion de instituciones educativas, show us some videos, talking about education, and thing that are important in it.

In the first video, Ken Robinson talks us about creativity and values, two important things that have to be learn and develop. Also, he talked about the importance of make mistakes, of be wrong. Teacher have to teach children to make mistakes, and learn about them. Humans are not perfect, and we make mistakes, a lot, and we must learn to deal with them. Teachers have to develop children skills too.

In the second video, Takaharu Tezuka talks us about freedom and enjoy. You have to let children enjoy childhood, playing, having fun, let it’s space , with other children with him, for learn more. As in the first video says, children should learn through mistakes, fall and rise. In the video we can see a school, where children have a lot of space to learn and have fun. The school structure is circular, so children can run and it develop his physical condition.

Our group has dedicated so many time to this work about Our Ideal School, and I think that the result was pretty good, as the rest of the groups.
When I want to talk about my ideal school, there are so many ideas in my mind, and it’s hard to order it, but i’m gonna try it.

The structure about my ideal school would be a big space in the nature, with a big building and a big part of garden. It must be lightness, but natural light. It’s needed classroom of music, art, laboratories, sports hall, assembly hall, basketball courts, soccer field, library.. to develop a practical way the intelligence of the student. The school must be adapted for children with problems. A class for parent it’s necessary, to make reunions, and a teachers room too. The school also have a canteen for children, because sometimes parents work.

The school should be based on projects, not tests. And cooperative it’s not only a children thing, teachers have to be cooperative between them too. It have to be a inclusive school, that means that all students attend and are welcomed by their neighbourhood school in age-appropiate, regular clases and are supported to learn, contribute and participate in all aspects of the school life.
Paternal part is very important, they may attend classes to help their children see how you learn. For this it is important to have a student council, to solve problems, such as bullying.
Having animals in class helps children to learn to care, responsibilities, ...
About the timetable, each class have to last 45 minutes, and more breaks, like one between every class.

Constructivism it’s the methodology we should use, with cooperative learning, feedback, brainstorming… Everything have to be more practice, less exams and homeworks. The use of technologies have to be moderated. Children have to learn values, as tolerance, respect, equality, solidarity...
The school have to create a confidence, but it’s not thing by one, in it’s a thing by everyone, teachers, children and parents. For that, the relation between them have to be good.

More or less, all the groups have been agree with all the ideas that we have show in every video, and some of them have coincide between them. These are some of the main ideas that group has provide:

-The methodology should be constructivism, and teachers have to adapt to it, because if it change, and teachers don’t perform, it doesn’t work.
-The organitation of the class it’s so important, depending of what they are gonna do, the class have to have a different orientation of the furnitures.
-Cooperative learning is a common idea in all the videos.
- Space school with natural lights, with pool, sport center, classrooms of music, art, an assembly hall, big library, relax spaces, study spaces…
- Less homework, more breaks.
-Solve children problems, like buying.
-Schools adapted for disabled people.
-A group talk about be all teacher bilingual or natives, to teach properly in English.
-Parents in school, to see how school works, how their children learn,… a group created a ‘Family day’, that is the day parent can be in school.
-Exams for teacher to see if they still being good teachers.
-Animals in class for develop responsibility.
-A group propose activities like carpentry, mechanics,… asignatures that children don’t have to use a book.
-Technologies in classroom, but in a moderate way.
-Green spaces, for children to play, in freedonn learning about nature.
-A delegate in every class, first he talk with his class, and later all the delegate together to talk about the problems and solve them.
-Values, like multiculturality, respect,..

To conclude, in the school of the future should take more seriously the teaching and learning of children. We can’t get stuck in traditional methodologies, in the past. We must go further, and as we can see in the work we have done, it’s possible the change. Education it’s not something immovable, is moldable and depend of the child, it must change in one way or another. Although all children are equal, and should be treated the same, they are very diferent too.

Here is the conceptual map that we have done this morning to remember our last project.

Conceptual map of our ideal school -

CREATIVE SCHOOLS: GIVING AN ANSWER TO STUDENT NEEDS IN THE 21ST CENTURY”

“CREATIVE SCHOOLS: GIVING AN ANSWER TO STUDENT NEEDS IN THE 21ST CENTURY”

In every class you have different students with different needs. How to create a school where you can satisfy all needs from all students? In this project every group created an ideal school. To develop an ideal school you have to think of a lot of different aspects like the school system, the architecture of the school, the role of the teacher, different relationships and many more. To increase our knowledge we read different articles and watched as well some videos about schools with inspiring ideas. In the following I will present the main ideas of our ideal school, main ideas of the videos, we watched in class and as well about the ideas from our colleague’s presentations.
Our ideal school is an inclusive school. In an inclusive school all students learn and participate together. Inclusivity is not defined by physical and cognitive disabilities. It’s more than that. It includes the whole human diversity with respect to ability, language, culture, gender and other forms of human differences. It’s a school which considered that achievements, attitudes and the well-being of all young people are important. In our school one lesson is 45 minutes long. After that there is a 10 minute break. The classes should not be so big. Our school prefers smaller classes, because that way the teacher can help individual.
The environment is as well important in our ideal school. Our school is surrounded by a lot of nature. There the teacher can do different outdoor activities which are healthy for the kids. Also our ideal school supports to have animals in class. In this wise the children learn to respect animals and to take care of another living being. In this school we improve our attitudes and values. Also it is necessary to develop critical thinking, to promote the free expression, creativity, solidarity, equality and motivation. Trust takes also a big role in our ideal school. All people trust in each other. The teachers trusting the kids, parents trusting their children and the kids trust them. This helps especially the kids to fell better and knowing that other people are there for them and are helping them. The kids are more motivated, because they don’t think they will fail. Parents are part of our school too. Not only the teachers are working on the education of the children, the parents do as well. For example parents talk with the teacher how they can help their kids at home with homework and the teachers give them advices.
Another option is that the parents are with the teacher in class and help the teacher. In both ways they work all together on the education of the kids. Our ideal school promotes a modern relationship between the teachers, the kids and the content. The theory is called “instructional Triangle”. It’s about the dynamic and complex interaction by which teachers help the children to learn challenging subject content. Three main point are here important. 1.) Teachers knowledge of subject content for teaching. 2.) Teachers knowledge of students thinking and content learning. It’s about the interaction between students and the content. 3.) Teachers knowledge of diverse students. Teacher should understand and know the existents of students diversity like culture, linguistic, cognitive and more.
For us it also seems important that the teachers have goals for the individual needs and also for the collective needs and interests of the school. They are:
1. Making Headway on the School’s Central Goals, Priorities or Problems:
2. Building the Knowledge, Skill, and Disposition to Teach to High Standards
3. Cultivating Strong Professional Community. Conducive to Learning and Improvement
4. Sustaining Teachers’ Commitment to Teaching
As well the dealing with problems is in our school different. The school supports a method where teacher transform problem in creative problems to make teaching more easily for the children. There are different ways to do that like incubation, suspension of judgment, appropriate climates, analysis, engaging problems and feedback. Appropriate climate means for example that you create a peaceful environment and make the children and their ideas feel important and accepted.
In the videos we watched together in class the speakers mentioned really interesting and important aspects which should be noticed when we talk about ideal schools. Sir Ken Robinsion speech is about education and creativity. He has the opinion that all kids have massive talents, but the people waste them. Creativity is for him as important in education as literacy and he appeals to treat it with the same status. Kid’s creativity is huge and it has no boundaries. Also he said that kids are not afraid of being wrong and if you are not prepared to be wrong you will never come up with anything original, however most of the kids have lost that capacity by the time they get to be adults. They have become frightened of being wrong. He believes that if you don’t grow into creativity you will grow out of it. The main reason for that is for Robinson the education system. Every education system on earth has the same hierarchy of subjects. At the top are always mathematics and languages and at the bottom are the arts. But he has the opinion that art is as important as math is. The reason for that is that the system is predicated on the idea of academic ability.

In another video Takaharu Tezuka presented us the best kindergarten people have ever seen. The kindergarten is made in a circle, because kids love to run in circles. The kindergarten is completely open and there are no boundaries between outside and inside. This kindergarten supports noise. Kids can sleep better if there is noise and they show amazing concentration in class. Main point of his speech is that children are supposed to be outside. This kindergarten also thinks that children nowadays need a small dosage of danger. In this way they learn to help each other. Kids need some injuries this is how they learn to live in this word.

Our colleagues mentioned in their presentations as well interesting and important points. Some of them I am going to mention in the following.
One group for example compared in their video the spanish-, turkey- and german school system. During the whole presentation the group made clear that they prefer the german school system. They talked for example about the different style of teaching. Schools in Germany teach between behaviorism and constructivism whereas the spanish teaching is more traditional. But even the german school system is not perfect. It’s very critical that after the 4th grade the children, their parents or the teacher have to decide on what kind of school the child has to go. So the children get separated according to their academic ability. Mostly the decision is depending on the recommendation of the teacher. That’s a big issue, because a lot of studies showed that the recommendation is not based on the skills its dependent from the social background from the families.
One group supported also the idea that teachers should motivate their students. In my view that is an important point, because when students are interested or motivated they learn better and they won’t forget it that fast. That’s also the reason why learning should be done in a funny way, for the motivation of the kids. Most of the groups recommended that parents are part of the education and be in contact with the teachers. For many it is also important that all students have the same opportunities.
Another point of one ideal school was the contact with the nature. In this school should be lots of gardens outside and the widows are made of glass, so the children feeling outside when they sit inside. And the teachers are in that school more like friends. They prefer a guide process of learning. The children should be treating like small adults. They should get the chance to solve their problems by their own, but the teacher is always there if they need any help.
One group spoke about a great idea that is called “Family day”. The idea is that parents, teachers and kids meet up to get to know each other better. This is a good way to work on the relationship and also to talk about current issues, what have to change or of course about the good things like what is great right now and where the kid is doing really well.
Cooperative learning was also in many ideal schools an important point. Most of the groups mentioned this kind of learning and see it as a significant aspect when we talk about different teaching methods.
All in all this project showed that is takes a lot to create an ideal school. It is not easy to create an ideal school. There are many different aspects and theories which should be noticed. Collecting all this different and important ideas and put them together in one project was challenging for us. But it benefited us in many different ways. On the one hand we improved over knowledge about school system and got to know different perspective and on the other hand we all could develop us individual as a teacher. We may now know in what kind of school we probably want to work in the future and more important what we have to do to ensure a good education for children. The children are the future but we live in the present and we have the chance to help them to live in a better world.

Our ideal school

Here in this post you are going to see our ideal school, a project where we have to designed a school and make it a inclusive school.

Here is the video

For these project we have read a lot of articles and readings in Organization, Psycology and the part from Sociology we have done it with all the topics that we have been seeing in all the semester.

Here you have the part of sociology

SUMMARY ABOUT OUR IDEAL SCHOOLS AND OPINION: PATRICIA ZARZA

CREATIVE SCHOOLS: GIVING AN ANSWER TO STUDENTS NEEDS IN THE 21st CENTURY

1.     Ideas from the readings and the videos that we watched in class
In the 21st century kids have a lot of needs in the school starting from the way that they are taught and continuing with the way that the school is by itself.
The traditional way of teaching the kids in school, the behaviourism way, don’t let the kids realize by themselves how can they learn from the experience, and for me that is one of the most important and efficiency way of learning. So, we have to work with the kids in a constructivist way, were we are guides and the kids learn by themselves but with us behind where we can help them when they get lost. With this was of teaching, kids understand and get to know better the knowledge that we are trying to transmit.
We have to introduce in this constructivist way the cooperative learning, which is a way of teaching were the kids learn by projects. The class will be divided into 5 groups of 4 people, which will be a base team, and each trimester, all the base teams will change so with this the kids work with different people and get to know most of the kids in their class. With these teams, they are going to work in different projects to learn the different units in all the subjects. Also, whit this projects they will get more in deep in the knowledge while they are working in the different sections of the projects.
In this school is more important to educate values in the kid such as tolerance, respect the others and the others opinion, the solidarity, the equality… than the work that they do to know the different things in all the subjects and this will be work every day in class and also outside the class in excursions.
It is important that they can work in the way that they want, so if a kid has more develop the musical intelligence and another one has the kinestesic intelligence, they have to know that they can work in the way that the feel more comfortable. But to make this possible, the class had to be divided into different areas where children can work and move freely.  These areas will be the principal area with the group tables, the music area where the kids can play the instruments and dance, the plastic area where the kids had blackboards where they can draw and write whatever they want and finally the relax area because it is also important that the kids can have a break with different toys, chairs and cushions.
Other thing that in my opinion we have to improve these days is the way that the parents get involve with their kids and their studies. Most of the parents get home exhausted from work and they try to help their children even though most of the time they don’t know a lot about the topic. So, in my school the parents can enter to some classes to see how we work on the things and then, at home, they can help the children in a better way.
Another thing is the way that the teacher understand the content, because the relationship between the concept, the teacher and the kids has change. Now, the teacher has to know the content that he/she is going to explain, then he has to know the moral and cognitive development of the kid and finally he/she has to know the kids by themselves, the teacher has to know how a kid is and when he or she is understanding the concept and when not.
There also should be a student’s council in every school where the kids get together to talk about the different problems that they can find in the school, and by them they can try to solve them by their own and sometimes with our help. It is important that every school listen to the proposals of their kids in the way to improve the school because most of the time they came with very good ideas that can be done easily.
If we start talking about the schedule, we realize that in Spain kids spend 3 hours in class without a break, then a break of 30 minutes and again 2 hours in class. For me this is wrong, we should give the kids time from one class to another, a little break where they can eat something or just disconnect from studding and learning all the time, so I will give them 10 or 15 minutes between every class and then after 2 class a break of 25 minutes.
Another thing that we should include in the changes of the schedule is the duration of the class. In most of the schools they have classes of 1 hour, when it is demonstrated that the kids start to lose the attention after 30-40 minutes. So the ideal time for a class will be about 45 minutes more or less, not too short and not too long.
Now we start to talk about the different equipment that the classes have. As I said before, we had a music part where there are going to be different instrument, a stereo and a part with a mirror where the kids can dance; then we have the art part, where there are a lot of paintings and staff to paint; the relax part where there are going to be toys and some cushions; after that every classroom will have a library with a huge among of books that the kids are freely to take and read them and finally we also have one wall that is completely a blackboard where the teacher and the kids can use them anytime to explain something to the kids and to their partners.
We also have to locate the buildings somewhere, so I really liked an idea that a team partner have, that was to locate the school in some place in the nature, not near to a city or to a village, so with this the kids are in constant contact with the nature and they learn how to take care of them and how to respect it.
And with this we star to talk about the different buildings that our school will have. All our building will have an entrance designed for disable people, and in all of the buildings there will be an elevator for those who cannot go upstairs.
Apart from this, we will have 2 main buildings, the principal one, with all the classes and the institutional part of the school, and the sports one. In the normal one the different floors will be  located as in the 1st floor we will have the institutional part of the school, in the 2nd floor will be the classes of 1st, 2nd and 3rd of Primary and in the 3rd floor we will have the classes for 4th, 5th and 6th of Primary. In the sports one we will find a basketball, football and volleyball court, a swimming pool and an athletic courts.
In the playground we will also find a basketball, football and volleyball court, slides and wings and a lot of space where the children can run and play whatever they want.
And the final part is the assessment. In my ideal school kids won´t have a numerical mark and they won´t have exams, the assessment will be made by the projects that they do and all the things that they do in class, so they will have a A if they have work and they have get to know everything that they have to propose to themselves and a C if they have work less and they don’t have help their partners to do everything where they cannot do it, so with this one they know that they can do it better.
2.     Ideas from the videos of our partners
One idea that I really liked about my partners was that the divided the class into different areas where the kids can move freely and where they can use everything at the time that they want. So, if a kid needs to draw something in the blackboard to explain it to another partner, they are free to stand up and do it. When it comes about working in groups, they can work in the way that they want and fell more comfortable.
Other idea that a team partner talk about was the weight that little kids has to carry every day to class and back home. This is a big problem because then the kids will have problems in the back. So there will be great if the kids haven´t so much weight in their bags, and a way of doing these is to let the books and the notebooks that they don´t need at home in class. Every day, at the end of the evening I will give them 5 minutes where they can check if they are carrying home the books and the notebooks that they need, and not anymore.
There was a group that talked about doing a “Family day”, where kids, parents and teachers get together in order to get a closer relationship between the parents and the teacher. I think that it will be a great idea to do it once a trimester so with this parents will be aware of how the kids are working in the school and how they are going through all the subjects.
3.     Conclusion
So with all these ideas we want to have a school where all the kids are accepted no matter their colour skins or if they have some type of disability, were bulling is something that doesn´t exist and where teacher believed that the best knowledge is the one that the kids are able to create on themselves. But there are something that do not let us do this as we want, as it is the LOMCE, the new educational law, where we find some barriers that we have to take into account, but I also think that little by little, working, we can change the way traditional way of teaching into this new one.

My ideas for a new ideal school. Post about the videos :)

María Encinas Ramos, 1ºB Primary Education

MY IDEAL SCHOOL

1. It is difficult to talk about the ideal school in a real context. We all have many ideas, these ideas will be more or less good but really those ideas can be done? "Our ideal school" project we've seen different points of view, innovation... but with the sociological context that we also live we have seen that many of these things could not be performed as easily as we thought.
We speak of inclusive schools that collect all children without distinction, giving value to what make themselves, free schools based on projects rather than on theoretical content, the distribution of the College, the colorful for motivation, care of animals or plants to help the development of children, the resolution of problems of teachers How attend to diversity, violence or abuse... how to present this in today's society the fact of "fear", fear that can feel people who have grown up in traditional educational systems, or not only elderly people, also people think by 'x' motifs that an education based on memorization, exams, classes with tables and chairs in rows... is the best. Recently a teacher defended this way to teach classes in a documentary of the chain the sixth and was not a person of advanced age.
On the videos that I have seen, I have learned many new ideas, with some of them I can agree more than with others, I mean, there is an idea that I was surprised and in which I do not trust much that is on video telling the children to concentrate and sleep better with noise. The truth is that school presenting this video I liked by their spaces... but seemed to me rather insecure. The video saying something like "sometimes children need to fall, this will teach them the way in which the world works", for me this is relative, I do not think that the reflection refers to fall into fitness or at least sometimes, but even so that school children had positive things.
Without a doubt, Ken Robinson video, I loved. The video spoke of the importance of creativity and how educational systems today it are "killing" because they leave no room for the arts, the educational system by establishing a hierarchy of subjects which at the top we find mathematics and language, a little below the humanities and at the bottom of the pyramid, the arts; and within this sector there are also levels, being the music first and activities as the dance the last. Robinson speaks of a reality that is being transmitted for years and that each day is more powerful and is the phrase "You don't miss the time with that because you are not going to work it or you not going to solve the life". Educational systems are based on creating an academic ability.
Mark three characteristics of intelligence, and these are that the intelligence is diverse, dynamic and unique. It is only in our hands to change this and to some extent the ideal school that built our working group was based on this. We didn't want to methodologies that urge in theory, in tests, create or force children to be suitable for "x" subjects, simply we wanted to educate children through games, things that develop their creativity, activities designed for each of the students who develop abilities that each of them had, using multiple intelligences, freedom so that each child to engage in what really excited him and have skills to do so. "Creativity is for me as important as literacy" lecture: Ken Robinson, Ted.

2 videos of my colleagues were really well, some ideas from our video coincided with the of their own, but surprisingly, little by little we are seeing errors or things that we could improve the current educational system and some of them are obvious.
Some of the features that the other groups highlighted in their projects were: the weight of the backpacks, which is true, many times we see children with backpacks that weigh a lot or even backpacks larger than the children themselves and this brings serious back problems. At first sight it can be very important, but it should be something that you should study because in the future of these children daily carry so much weight, brings many health problems.
They also highlighted the ethics of the school, a series of values that all members who organize a school or attending it should take into account that everything is easier and is made more enjoyable together as the subject of bullying.
Techniques to be a good teacher, us in our video talked about this from the position of problem-solving or from the point of view of cooperation between them to create new methods and help you, but it is true that the treatment of teachers with students, is also very important in our first semester at the University in the course of teaching we saw amount of techniques that a teacher should be friendly with his students but also be careful of crossing certain boundaries so your students at the end not lie you or does not comply with the criteria set out by Professor...
Classes that encourage cooperative learning as we have remarked I think in almost all of the videos if it is not at all. Bright kinds, colors, spaces in the open air...
The idea that parents could attend classes, we loved this idea, our group worked with her, was not the only one and we collected it from a video that Yolanda showed us in class. It creates a good atmosphere, between parents- teachers - children, which involves learning and cooperation.
Another important point that tried to projects was a diet or healthy food, creating a space that could strengthen once again the relationship between teachers and students without leaving aside the food subject of children is essential.
It is important that an ideal school focuses on children in their learning and their needs but those needs include motivation and the motivation of the children comes partly from the motivation of the teachers themselves. All teachers have to be taken into account, all of them are "leaders", and there are no differences between them. Teachers must be good with students, putting them in real-life situations, and give equal opportunities to all, being objective. The figure of the teacher as guide.
The use of technology, classes reduced number of students, teachers, causing the participation, feedback, self-expression, and breaks between classes of longer duration...
Also there was more than one group that is focused on compare our system educational with of other countries as of Turkey, Germany or Finland. The case of Finland is always there, since the course started Finland always comes out when we talk about qualities of a school, stands out as having one of the best educational systems in the world and the most efficient. The example of Finland helps us to realize really is not so difficult to create an ideal school, there are real-life examples and that if everyone wanted to we could reach these levels. An educational system based on projects, where the teacher is simply as a guide, which highlights the confidence. TRUST is the most important thing in this Finnish educational system and really works, beginning to not disparage the figure of all those engaged in the education sector.
Within the same class, we could create different zones dedicated to different intelligences, where all children learning but in its own way.
Laboratories, music classes, large green areas, specialized areas for sports, areas for exhibitions, relaxation areas, laboratories and classrooms for mechanic workshops, design...
Children are an indispensable part of the College, the most important without a doubt, that we were not the only group that was Student Council. It is important that children can express themselves freely, say what they think if it is from a position of respect and if there is a child with difficulty to do so in public, there is no better shape than the of the creation of this Council of students so children feel confidence and freedom to express their emotions and experiences working on these cases such important topics as we have said previously as violence...
One of the groups created up to a day for parents, teachers and children, the "Family Day", thus emphasizing again the importance that has the involvement of families in the education of their children.

Teachers will be required to be recycled, not be outdone, adapt to the new times to make teaching and learning easier for everyone.

3. As conclusion I will say what I started saying in this wording, it is difficult to create a school with all our ideas and with the situation we have today... but it is actually more difficult unless we try it never. There are many barriers that prevent us from creating certain things but there are many others that we could change if we know how, for example, the new law of education "LOMCE". This law requires teachers and as a result the children always invalid methods in connection with the issue of projects and theories, among other things. This law requires testing, number of theoretical issues, this causes that there is so many projects or as much involvement of students, therefore, less motivated students and teachers... at the end is like a circle, principle is always connected to the end. Currently we do not collect open spaces, or colors, or cooperation, projects, or multiple intelligences, nor sufficient economic support or parents in classrooms, nor constructivism... There are always teachers who seek to improve, in his own way, his own school, which taught class and many of them get it but this is too small and it is not their fault, maybe they have in their heads a lot better and a lot older ideas, but with barriers is difficult to change this... If the basis of the problem does not change it is difficult for the rest to do so.
